The sales associate took pictures of the boots I was interested in and sent me photos of them. This was very helpful actually being able to see the boots before buying. That is excellent customer service. This will definitely be my go to store for future purchases. Boots were shipped for free and arrived in 2 days. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience.

Recently ordered a felt hat from Crazy House. After speaking on the phone with Martin, I placed my order online late Tue afternoon and the hat arrived on Fri. They sent pictures of the hat on Wednesday to make sure I was happy with the crease before shipping - I was, it looks better than I expected.
I am pleased with the entire experience. I was nervous about ordering a hat online, but I'll definitely buy from them again. The customer service was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the hat.
